- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup basil
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 of a lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup Tiny Sprouts Organic Hemp Hearts + Vitamin D & Probiotics
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients into food processor or blender.
