- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup basil
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Tiny Sprouts Organic Hemp Hearts + Vitamin D & Probiotics
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese
- 1/4 extra virgin olive oil
- salt (optional) & pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients into food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth. Top with more extra virgin olive oil if you like!
