Veggies for breakfast has never been easier! Make these creamy zucchini oats for a fiber and fat filled breakfast that will keep your little one full all morning long. We promise they will even beg for more!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp Tiny Sprouts Brain Booster or Digestion Booster
- 1/2 grated apple
- 1/4 grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a small pot and turn the heat on medium-low.
- Cook, stirring until the oats are creamy and cooked through.
- Top with banana, blueberries, Tiny Sprouts Hemp Hearts and peanut butter.
