Our high fiber 'make-you-go' smoothie is a fresh and delicious way to keep tiny tummies and picky palates happy! Complete with fiber, sorbitol and pectin this is our signature smoothie that promises to to help keep your little ones regular, and is especially helpful during bouts of constipation.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 small pear or apple
  • 2 tbsp Tiny Sprouts Organic Digestion Booster
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • Handful of spinach (optional)
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
