- 1 cup oatsâ
- 1/2 cup oat flourâ
- 2 tbsp Tiny Sprouts Organic Digestion Boosterâ
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spiceâ
- 1 tsp baking powderâ
- 1/4 tsp baking sodaâ
- 1 cup pumpkin pureeâ
- 2 eggsâ
- 1/4 cup maple syrupâ
- 3 tbsp butter or melted coconut oil â
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extractâ
- 1/3 cup chocolate chipsâ Â
â DirectionsÂ
- Preheat oven to 350 and line 8x8 pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.â Â
- Add all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix gently.
- â Pour batter into prepared baking pan and distribute evenly with spatula.â
- â Bake for 22-24 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool before slicing.
