- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp Tiny Sprouts Organic Digestion Booster
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp butter or melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 and line 8x8 pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix gently.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan and distribute evenly with spatula.
- Bake for 22-24 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool before slicing.
