Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars

These healthy pumpkin bars ⁠will leave your whole family's taste buds tingling! The delicious combination of our apple & cinnamon Digestion Booster PLUS anything pumpkin is sure to become a seasonal fave in your home! 🍎⁠

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup oats⁠
  • 1/2 cup oat flour⁠
  • 2 tbsp Tiny Sprouts Organic Digestion Booster⁠
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice⁠
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁠
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda⁠
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree⁠
  • 2 eggs⁠
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup⁠
  • 3 tbsp butter or melted coconut oil ⁠
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract⁠
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips⁠ 

⁠Directions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line 8x8 pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.⁠ 
  2. Add all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix gently.
  3. ⁠Pour batter into prepared baking pan and distribute evenly with spatula.⁠
  4. ⁠Bake for 22-24 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and cool before slicing.
