USA ORDERS
Average shipping time is 3-5 business days. All orders within the 48 contiguous United States over $39 USD will receive FREE SHIPPING. Orders under $39 USD will receive a flat shipping of $10 USD. Rates for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the US territories and any PO boxes will be displayed at checkout. We are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping to these locations.
CANADA ORDERS
Average shipping time is 3-7 business days. All orders under $39 USD will receive a flat shipping rate of $10 USD. Orders over $39 USD receive FREE SHIPPING. Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery to Yukon, NWT or Nunavut.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are excited to offer international shipping to select locations! Rates for any international shipment will be determined by the carrier and displayed at checkout. International orders can take up to 7-21 business days to arrive. Tiny Sprouts Foods is not responsible for any customs/duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
We will try to honor order change requests, but once an order has been placed, no cancellations or modifications are guaranteed.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the consumable nature of our products, Tiny Sprouts Foods does not accept return requests. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or incorrect items delivered to you, we will provide a refund and/or replacement as applicable. We will do our best to make it right.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Due to the high volume of theft, if we have confirmed delivery of your package through our carrier, Tiny Sprouts Foods is not responsible for any refunds or replacement packages. Please reach out to your postal carrier for next steps.
