Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal

This warm and cozy oatmeal is the perfect twist on a classic that will leave little ones begging for more. Packed with fiber, protein and omega-3s, this apple & cinnamon oatmeal will keep little ones full and happy all the way through to lunchtime!

Age: 6M+ (with some modifications, omit chocolate chips, raisins, cranberries)

Total Time: 20 mins


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Tiny Sprouts Digestion Booster
  • 1 apple (grated; about ½ cup)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Optional add-ins: raisins, cranberries, fruit, nut butter, Tiny Sprouts Hemp Hearts
  • Snowman toppings: strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips 


  1. Heat 1½ cups water in a medium pot over high heat.
  2. When it’s about to boil, lower heat and add all ingredients except the milk. Cook, stirring often, until the oats are softened and the water is absorbed, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Put the lid on, remove from heat, and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in milk and add snowman toppings for a super cute festive twist. Serve warm.
