Fiber-FULL Reindeer Brownies

We're adding our boosters to ALL our baked goods this holiday season! Sneak them into brownie batter for an instant fiber, protein and omega-3 boost that kiddos need to keep them strong all month long! 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour (can sub oat flour)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Tiny Sprouts Milled Flaxseeds
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Optional: semi-sweet chocolate chips
Extras for decoration: pretzels, candies, candy eyes

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8-inch square pan and then line with a piece of parchment paper with some overhang on the sides.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Measure out 1 cup (about 3 small bananas). Combine with the rest of the wet ingredients.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Gently fold in chocolate chips (if using).
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before slicing with a knife. Cut into triangles and decorate!
