Chocolate Protein Shake

Children do not need protein powders! Instead, try this delicious protein shake made from just real food ingredients to help your little one get their daily intake of protein plus so many other body building nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk 
  • 1 1/2 banana (~1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Tiny Sprouts Hemp Hearts + Vitamin D & Probiotics 
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ice

Dump all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Super easy and nutrient dense to keep your little one full and strong!
