Ingredients
- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tsp Tiny Sprouts Organic Milled Flaxseed Booster
Directions
- Whisk together egg and milled flaxseed until well combined.
- Soak bread into egg + flax mixture until most of the mixture is soaked up
- Pan fry for 2-3 mins per side on a buttered pan.
- Cut into 'fingers' for your little one and serve with yogurt and berries for a perfectly balanced breakfast.
