Switch up your daily smoothie with a festive twist! Our yummy gingerbread smoothie is deliciously smooth and and full of ALL the good stuff including fiber, protein and fat for growing little bodies!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk (or more for desired consistency)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp Tiny Sprouts Milled Chia Booster or Digestion Booster
- 1/4 cup oats
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp molasses
- ice
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add more molasses if you want a sweeter taste. The liquid will thicken if left to set so it’s best drink straight away.
